Privacy policy

This policy applies to the public EternalLightCCA.com website and Academy communications. Account, enrollment, assessment, payment, and learning activity data handled through the InnerPulse Learning Center may also be subject to the privacy notices presented within that service.

We may receive information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, telephone number, questions, enrollment details, and communications with the Academy. The website and its service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.

• Respond to course, admissions, and support questions.
• Provide and administer Learning Center accounts, enrollment, progress, and certificates.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and learning experience.
• Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations.
• Send updates or promotional communications when permitted; you may opt out of marketing messages.

We may share information with vendors that host or support the website, authentication, database, storage, payment, scheduling, email, and Learning Center services. These providers receive information only as needed for their functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, in a business reorganization, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.

Course participation may involve progress, responses, reflections, assessments, or certificate records. Do not submit emergency, medical, or highly sensitive counseling information through public email. The Academy website is an educational service and is not an emergency or clinical-care channel.

We and our service providers may use cookies or similar storage needed for authentication, security, preferences, reliable operation, and performance measurement. Browser settings can limit cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent account or Learning Center features from working.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, contractual and recordkeeping needs, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to identity verification and legal or operational retention requirements. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

The Academy’s public services are not directed to children under 13. Links to NCCA, InnerPulse, or other third-party services lead to sites governed by their own practices.
