By using EternalLightCCA.com or Academy learning services, you agree to these terms and any course-specific terms shown at enrollment. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be at least 18, or use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Eternal Light Christian Counseling Academy provides religious education in Christian counseling and biblical ministry. ELCCA is not regulated in Texas under Chapter 132 of the Texas Education Code. Academy courses and certificates do not by themselves create a state professional license, authorize diagnosis or treatment, guarantee employment, or replace education required by a governmental licensing board.

Website and course content is educational and religious in nature. It is not medical, psychiatric, legal, crisis, or emergency advice. Do not use the website to seek emergency help or submit urgent clinical information. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service when immediate assistance is needed.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share access, impersonate another person, bypass course controls, scrape content, or interfere with security. We may suspend access to protect learners, the Academy, or the service.

Prices, access periods, included materials, prerequisites, payment terms, and any refund policy shown at checkout or in an enrollment agreement are part of these terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, access and digital educational services are not guaranteed to be refundable after delivery has begun.

Completion and certificate eligibility depend on the requirements published in the Learning Center, which may include videos, reading, exercises, reflections, assessments, scores, or other activities. A certificate records Academy course completion; it is not a state license or a guarantee that another organization will accept the credential.

Unless otherwise stated, Academy course content, text, graphics, recordings, assessments, downloads, and branding are owned by or licensed to ELCCA and are protected by law. We grant enrolled learners a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use course materials for their own education during the applicable access period. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, record, or create competing materials from Academy content without written permission.

You retain ownership of original material you submit. You grant ELCCA the rights reasonably necessary to store, display, evaluate, and administer that material for the course. Do not submit unlawful material, confidential information you are not authorized to share, or identifiable client information unless an Academy activity expressly provides an approved secure process.

The website may link to InnerPulse, NCCA, payment providers, scheduling services, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make ELCCA responsible for third-party availability or content.

We work to keep services reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update course content, instructors, requirements, technology, or these terms to maintain quality, security, legal compliance, or accuracy. Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ELCCA disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated. ELCCA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
